Terms of Service

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification Requirement

• As per Government of India regulations, every guest above 18 years of age is required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID). • Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 1-night stay penalty. • Non-Refundable Bookings: No refund applies for cancellations or no-shows for specially discounted non-refundable rates.

4. General Rules

• Hotel Aanchal Palace is a family-oriented hotel. We request all guests to maintain decorum and respect other guests' privacy. • Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the hotel premises. • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

5. Damage to Property

• Any damage caused to hotel property or room amenities by the guest during their stay will be charged to the guest's account at the time of check-out.

6. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Safe-deposit lockers (if provided) should be used for valuables.

7. Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising out of the stay or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
